Week 42- What A Week!

What a week!
Well as you can expect another hectic week,  but one full of blessings! We started it off early in the week doing service for a few members. I think i can easily say this mission has the most service/gnarliest service projects than any other mission... we help members with a few things and got to know them better too. We had a powerful lesson with one investigator named buhle. We sat down and talked to her and before the lesson even began, she said ELDERS! i got my answer, i know the book of mormon is true, and i would like to be baptized! We left her with a bap. date before but she wasn't sure so we left her to pray about it and she got it! Also another blessing is ever since we have been teaching buhle her aunt, a less-active for years, joins our lessons and has been coming to church and now is in the process of being rescued. Also got the chance to go on exchanges with a Elder named Elder Paul up in kwa qu(click)a. It was nice to be back in a quiet township again, Pretoria sometimes just gives you a headache, its like being in down-town SLC on crack, then throwing a bunch of black people speaking zulu a million miles per hour, all of which with no driving licenses...👿 But hey its my home so i love it :) While on exchanges we taught a pastor but yet had a very spiritual lesson. Once i got back they shipped me off to do some baptismal interviews in mams west, got the chance to meet some amazing people there. Last week i shared how one of our investigators named Tshepo was struggling to understand god's love for him and a want/desire to pray. We met him a few days ago and had a powerful lesson were he said he had a dream about coming to church, committed him to pray and to practice to pray before we came. And to our utter surprise he prayed with us at the end of the lesson! We were in his one room shack with nothing but candles lighting the room and we got down on our knees and he offered a simple but amazing prayer. made me so happy that he finally understood how to and to see him devolve a relationship with his father in heaven. Priceless. Makes mission 110% worth it!
