Week 5- "I feel and sound like a freaking African already"

Demula senche jan'g??
Wow so much has happened this week its been crazy!! This week has been hard on me but there has been a lot of new changes and a lot of things thrown at me! This week the lord has truly shown me all of my weaknesses, and pretty much from the first day i left on a mission! From day one i have had struggles with my visa and health issues and i almost got transferred to another mission or sent home multiple times due to heath and visa issues, but!!! the lord has given me all these struggles and issues to only make me stronger. This week i have had some pretty bad digestive issues and thought i was going to die!! BUT things are getting better and i can now start to focus more fully again! This week Elder Lawson got his new comp from Australia and he is like 300 pounds of muscle from the joberg mission. He is super tight and added to the amount of monkeys staying at our flat! So we split the area and we have a large amount of Mof town and me and Elder Autry working our butts off! It is finally something close to a normal mission (haha that was a joke) But sadly all the progressing investigators and everyone on date for baptism was give to the other elders so we were left with close to nothing, and the only guy we have on date for baptism just killed someone or is dead.....hahaha oh man but tracking is fun! This week we did a lot of traveling, we went up to Bots and ACTUALLY had a real zone conference! it was great to see the president again and go on exchanges with the other elders up there they are amazing guys. This week on sunday we had a amazing 101 people show up to church, but you have to remember that they were all on African time... so we had about 9 people show up on time and right before sacrament they all came in the door like a tsunami wave, there were so many people we ran out of bread and me and elder Autry had to do a 800M sprint back to our flat and get my loaf of bread!! What happens in Africa stays in Africa!!
But this week god has shown me how much i have been blessed and all i have been given personally! Times have been hard but i can always count on the lord to bear me up when i need it. I think everyday  how blessed i am to be born in this amazing church and to have parents that glorify it and have withheld the gospel so well in their lives and spread it to their children, i am forever grateful!! :) Mckenna i am so glad to hear that your papers are coming closer and closer!! Super stoked for you and continue to work as hard as you possibly can every passing day!! Oh and also the guy i contacted on facebook just got baptised yesterday!! Super stoked for him and is a reminder to all to share this message of the restoration-the most important message that the world could ever know. Just know that i love you all and pray for you all every night! Everyday i swear like my skin gets more and more black i feel and sound like a freaking African already haha love you all, live everyday to its full extent!
God is good! Shope Shope
