Week 28- "What Was That?"
WOW
what a amazing week!! First off i cant describe how happy i am for my sister to
make this huge move in life and except her call to the JAMAICA KINGSTON
MISSION!!!!! I am so happy for her and wish i could give her a huge hug right
now! Everyone be sure to support and hug her!
This week has been excellent, we finally had a shot at a real week and were able to see many people! The beginning of the week we went to krugar national park with the whole zone and were able to see many different animals and an amazing landscape. I will try and add as many pictures as i can. Me and my comp have felt the blessing of hard work finally pay off this last week. On fast sunday i fasted for our investigators that they would progress and accept the gospel into their lives. And BAM it happened! We had so much progress and all of our investigators had this strange new desire, that's the only way i can put it. Multiple times me and Elder Thusi would finish a lesson and get back into the boki and just look at each other and say "what was that?" We couldn't even recognize our one investigator named Daniel, he requested that we needed to see him the day before our scheduled appointment because he had free time. Both days we saw him everything clicked and he kept all are commitments and said that he just couldn't get enough of what we were teaching him. LAKA!! we also met a less active on sunday that told us he had some friends that were interested and wanted to know more, so we met with them and ended up have a great discussion. At the end of the lesson we gave them the restoration pamphlets and they pretty much ripped them out of my hands and began to read, lots of promise . Me and elder thusi gave talks in modjodji, both of us felt like the spirit was prevalent and we did well. The amazing thing about the villages is the desire to serve. we have so many prospective missionaries and many that are leaving soon. One of them was kicked out by his family because he told them he turned his mission papers, powerful guy. This next week we have a massive amounts of training and meetings in far places so its going to be wrecked. Elder Thusi is training and i am still remaining a district leader so things are going to be interesting! This week has helped me feel the joy that comes with the assistance of the spirit while teaching others. All and all me and the comp are happy and the work continues!
Love you all!
