Week 29- Last Week in Lenyenye
Hey
yall!
This week has been nothing but excellent! We had quite the hectic week as predicted we traveled to polokwane two different times this week for zone conference and district leader training, but it was great, the things that were learned at conference were amazing so spiritually uplifting and gave us all a kick in the behind :) We got news this week that Elder thusi is training in Modjodji and i am going back to Mafikeng! Lenyenye will be white washed too! So everything happened exactly opposite of everyones predictions but hey the lord is in charge! Weird to think that i will be back in my birth place with my people! I honestly wasn't expecting to go back so soon but i know for a fact the lord needs me back for some reason! I cant wait to work in maf-town with twice the experience i had before its going to be great! Yesterday we said good bye to MY PEOPLE and some investigators i am going to miss them all dearly, the relationship i have made with all of them in the last 4 months has been amazing. Some of the best people i have ever met in my life without a doubt. It was interesting to look at all our investigators and less actives and to see how far they have all come, especially recently. Chris WILL be baptized without a doubt, Daniel is adding to his testimony and yearns to know more, and khumo without a doubt will receive celestial glory haha many other investigators are finally coming out of their hiding places and into the light, wish i could stay one more transfer and baptize and work with them. So excited for them. I am so happy for the chance to be able to meet all them and to learn something from each of them as well. This week we had no power at church but even though it was dark and we had no speakers the spirit filled the room, made me so happy to see our investigator florence walk at least 5 miles TO church even in the rain!(impressive for a African) Sad to leave but the work goes on!
Love you all so very much!
