Week 20- Never Ending Dinner Appointments & Lightning
Hey everyone!
This week has been excellent! Lots of work done and lots of success! This week we have seen a lot of new investigators which means a lot of BRT, and to be honest i have enjoyed the change from always working with less actives the majority of the time. We have 4 new investigators and they were all found through lessons with members or other LA's. We have been blessed to have this new opportunity before us and i know for a fact they have been prepared by the lord to get to this point. What a sacred opportunity it is to help my fellow brothers and sisters understand about this gospel and the pure joy it can bring into their lives, what a opportunity to help someone understand where they are going after this life and to see the smile that spreads across their face as the spirit tells their heart it is true? I cant describe the happiness it brings to me and my comp its amazing. One new investigor we are teaching doesnt know english very well so we have to have a member fellowshiper translate for us most of the lesson, he said to us at the end of the lesson 'please come back! I may not undersand everything you say but you make me feel this feeling ive never felt before' But otherwise we had interviews with president this week and it was great to see our truly inspired president again, the Bulters and senior couple went home this week and it was so amazing to see all the work they had done to uplift the group here in the tzaneen district. Last couple of days it has dumped rain and the lightning over here is literally INSANE!! But all in all this week me and Elder hunt have had a great time making every situation the best and fun! Its important to have the right amount of fun with the work you do so their is always a positive vibe. This week president willson attended church with us and we had the sacrament and watched conference right after and finished a hour early, it was definitely interesting especially with president there but we should be done with conference in a couple weeks. Great week and it seems like the lord can never stop blessing us! Also the never ending dinner appointments have been a blessing since elder Hunt came here, he might not know how to speak english very well but he definitely knows how to ask someone to cook for us haha love him and i love you all!
